Shipping Policy

All orders that contains OILS, BODY BUTTERS, MASK or Washes will be made to order. My goal is to get ALL orders out in a timely manner. Please be aware that shipping and handling may take longer during our sales.

Packages are mailed via USPS and tracking numbers will be sent via email that you provided during checkout.

Tracking numbers may take 24 to 48 hours to update on the USPS website. Bare Scentz Soap Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS. If you input the wrong address at checkout and your package was sent out, you will need to contact USPS.

Once orders are shipped we have no control over the process and can not answer any questions about delays. If your package(s) was delivered damaged please contact USPS. If your problems aren’t getting resolved please contact us at moore@barescentzsoapcompany.com and provide pictures of your problem and we’ll be happy to help.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES SO PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR ALLERGIES. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUES OR CONCERNS PLEASE CONTACT US.

If any product causes any irritation please discontinue IMMEDIATELY.
